MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Skilled as a handyman and familiar with the tools needed to perform general repairs including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, mechanical systems such as windows and doors, flooring and other typical systems found in an office complex. Ability to troubleshoot and if practical, make repairs to fuel distribution equipment as necessary.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., is preferred.
- Experience using general office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, 10 Key, etc., is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Operate a fuel truck in an environmentally safe manner
- Good customer service skills
- A basic understanding of electrical systems and how to work with it safely
- Licensed vehicle operator CDL-CLASS B with HAZMAT endorsement
- 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification
EDUCATION
High School diploma or GED.

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy. Driving may be required when traveling and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is up to 25%.
TRAVEL
Travel, up to 25% of the time, may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift and carry 130-pound bottles of propane for short distances multiple times per day
- Ability to manipulate and pull 1.5 inch and 4-inch hoses weighing as much as 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb and descend stairs routinely
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work outside in an inclement and cold environment as needed
- Must be able to clear sidewalks and parking area with a snow shovel and mechanized equipment
