Manage personal injury clients (pre-litigation) under the supervision of an attorney.

An ideal candidate will:
Be available full-time
Have at least three years experience working as a personal injury case manager (pre-litigation)
Be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Knowledge/Experience:
An ideal candidate will have mastery and knowledge about:
Auto insurance policies; including BI, UM, PIP, and PD,
How BI, UM, PIP, and PD interact with each other in an injury case,
How to help clients obtain appropriate medical treatment,
Legal strategies to get policy limits tendered,
Be able to communicate with clients in a positive manner,
Know how to prepare and coordinate client for EUO, IME, and recorded statements,
Using computers.
Daily Tasks:
An ideal candidate will be able to do these tasks on a daily basis:
Pro-actively call clients with updates (before they have to call you);
Return client phone calls within 24 hours
Communicate professionally with medical providers
Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters
Office Hours
The office is open from 8:30 am to 5:30 on Monday through Friday. This position is for forty hours per week.
