Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Preparation:
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets).
- Cleanse, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows for efficient data extraction and transformation.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and outliers.
- Use statistical methods and data mining techniques to uncover insights.
- Data Visualization and Reporting:
- Create clear and compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present data insights.
- Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib to communicate complex data concepts effectively.
- Customize visualizations for different stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience telling stories through analysis and reporting.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business units to define performance benchmarks and goals.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement through data analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights to support strategic initiatives and business projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and interactive sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Expert user of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of GPO Operations and Healthcare Supply Chain Operations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
