Administrative Oversight and Strategic Planning
The Chief of Medical Health Services will provide administrative oversight to all business, administrative, and executive functions of Hendry Regional Medical Center, consistent with the hospital's policies, procedures, and objectives. The role requires developing short- and long-range administrative plans with input from hospital personnel and governing board members. This includes defining responsibilities and business activities aligned with hospital goals and objectives.This position also involves developing an annual administrative plan and financial plan for the hospital, subject to the authority and control of the hospital's governing board.
