Inside Sales Representative - New Client Intake for Fast Growing Law Firm

Ovation Law Firm is a dynamic and innovative new startup specializing in Lemon Law. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Intake Specialist (Sales Agent). We currently have 3 shifts.

9:00am - 5:30pm | 11:00am - 7:30pm | 1:30pm - 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on leads with a warm, professional approach.
• Gather detailed information about client vehicle issues, employing empathetic listening.
• Accurately qualify cases based on specific California Lemon Law criteria.
• Explain our firm’s process and retainer agreement clearly to potential clients.
• Exercise a one-call close guiding clients through the retainer signing process, providing clarity and confidence.
• Document client interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting to ensure smooth case transitions.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment is a must.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets; bonuses available for retained cases.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on client-centric service.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and technology for communication.
• Knowledge in legal field, particularly in Lemon Law, is beneficial but not essential.
• Managerial or training experience in sales is a plus, as there are opportunities for advancement in our rapidly growing firm.
• Spanish Bilingual is a plus.
