At Ovation Law Firm, one of the fastest-growing firms in Lemon Law and Consumer Protection, we’re hiring a Legal Case Manager to lead high-value cases from start to finish — no litigation, no trial prep. You’ll handle client communication, negotiate with auto manufacturers, and drive results that put real money back in our clients’ pockets.

What You’ll Do
- Manage pre-litigation Lemon Law cases from intake to settlement
- Negotiate with vehicle manufacturers to maximize financial recovery
- Communicate with clients daily (2 hours of calls), guiding them through the legal process
- Keep cases moving — handle documentation, follow-ups, and fund collection
- Deliver a 5-star client experience with empathy, clarity, and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in law firm support, client communication, negotiation, or case management
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Confident, organized, and driven by results
- Experience in negotiation, dispute resolution, or consumer protection is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
