Ovation Law Firm is hiring a Paralegal to manage Lemon Law cases from start to finish in a pre-litigation setting—no court appearances, no drafting pleadings. This is a high-impact role focused on client communication, documentation, and negotiation with vehicle manufacturers.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation Lemon Law matters
- Communicate directly with clients (2 hours/day via phone & email) to guide them through the legal process
- Negotiate settlements with vehicle manufacturers to maximize recovery
- Organize and manage all case documents, deadlines, and client follow-ups
- Finalize agreements and oversee fund collection
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in paralegal work, legal assistance, client relations, or case management
- Strong communication skills—comfortable explaining legal processes to clients
- Organized, proactive, and motivated by performance results
- Experience in negotiation, dispute resolution, or consumer protection law is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
- Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required
