Job Title: Facilities Associate – Ovation Square (Long Beach, CA)

We’re looking for a dedicated Facilities Associate to help maintain the venue's pristine condition and support seamless event operations.
Position Summary:
The Facilities Associate is responsible for janitorial duties, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring grounds and building upkeep to create a safe and polished environment for every event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Janitorial Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain event supplies, cleaning materials, and maintenance equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and service venue equipment, including lighting, sound systems, and fixtures.
- Grounds Upkeep: Maintain clean and welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces, addressing landscaping needs as required.
- Building Repairs: Perform basic repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical) or schedule specialized contractor services when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management, janitorial work, or general maintenance (1 year preferred).
- Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety and cleaning protocols.
