Job description
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
· Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
· Monitor and maintain LAN and network connectivity
· Collaborate with network administrators to ensure smooth network operations
· Respond to user inquiries and provide excellent customer service
· Document technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system such as Jira or ServiceNow
· Assist with office moves and equipment setup
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 7)
· Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting
· Familiarity with TCP/IP networking protocols
· Experience with network administration tasks such as configuring routers and switches
· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems
