Job Description
We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the planning, configuration, and migration of 74–94 offices from the legacy network to the MMC network across North America. The selected resource will be responsible for: Making on-site decisions regarding network setup and troubleshoo ng. Understanding network infrastructure both physically and logically. Exper se in SD-WAN solu ons (preferably CloudGenix Palo). Familiarity with wireless systems (preferably Mist). Proficiency in Cisco switching (Cisco cer fica ons are desirable). Scope for Smart Hands Support: Smart Hands resources will assist with on-site tasks at various office locations, including but not limited to: Moving or checking network and power cables. Racking or replacing network equipment. Labeling of equipment. Audi ng and documen ng site infrastructure. Tes ng equipment post-installa on. Documen ng equipment and circuits on-site. Handling shipping and boxing of network equipment.
