Job Description
Scope for Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the planning, configura on, and migra on of 74–94 offices from the legacy network to the MMC network across North America. The selected resource will be responsible for: Making on-site decisions regarding network setup and troubleshoo ng. Understanding network infrastructure both physically and logically. Exper se in SD-WAN solu ons (preferably CloudGenix Palo). Familiarity with wireless systems (preferably Mist). Proficiency in Cisco switching (Cisco cer fica ons are desirable). Scope for Smart Hands Support: Smart Hands resources will assist with on-site tasks at various office loca ons, including but not limited to: Moving or checking network and power cables. Racking or replacing network equipment. Labeling of equipment. Audi ng and documen ng site infrastructure. Tes ng equipment post-installa on. Documen ng equipment and circuits on-site. Handling shipping and boxing of network equipment.
