The Measurement Solutions team is responsible for turning data into action for our clients. In this role, you’ll drive the measurement strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients, leading a team of measurement experts responsible for developing measurement strategies, managing data processes, implementing MMM and MTA solutions, leading testing & experimentation, generating standard and ad hoc reporting, and performing analyses leading to insights and action.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Empowering Others : Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams of high-performing marketing measurement experts.Manage and develop individual team leaders, supporting career growth and individual success.Partner with other Measurement Solutions leaders to drive the direction, vision, roadmap, and execution of the Measurement Solutions team strategy.Work across internal Ovative teams to move roadblocks and find ways to achieve Ovative goals.Client Engagement : Work with leadership (client and internal) to review services and identify areas for improvement.Provide business development support, assisting with strategy / messaging and liaising with prospective clients.Thought Leadership : Address complex, open-ended analytics requests in a structured manner.Lead efforts to grow and evolve our consulting & advisory skills.Requirements & Skills Needed7-10 years of experience working with clients.3 years experience managing teams of 5 size.Experience within marketing industry (digital marketing preferred).Experience with MMM / MTA marketing models.Must be able to thrive working in ambiguous situations.Pay TransparencyAt Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package : Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
