Overview
We're seeking a product owner to address the challenges of developing scalable, high-quality reporting templates while maintaining speed and efficiency. This role will :
- Proactively manage the template lifecycle to ensure the holistic reporting system remains current and relevant.
- Build and nurture a collaborative community for template development, increasing engagement, innovation, and time to value.
- Strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders like Reporting and Data Management, Power Users, and Clients.
Key Responsibilities of a Product Owner
Translate product vision into detailed feature requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring development aligns with client needs and product strategy.
Gather report template requirements, working with key stakeholders (e.g., power users, Reporting and Data Management, Activate Operations, etc.) to understand end-user workflows and design mockups for development.
Design a community-driven contribution model for custom templates, allowing internal teams to develop reports while following best practices.

Pay Transparency
At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package : Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.
For our Manager positions, our compensation ranges from $79,000 to $132,000, which is inclusive of a 20% bonus.
