Summer 2025 Internship – Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any other locations at this time)
Internship Dates: 12 weeks between May 27, 2025 – August 15, 2025
This job requires permanent US work authorization. We are unable to accept candidates with temporary work authorization (e.g. CPT, OPT), nor candidates who will require work visa sponsorship (now or in the future).

The Internship Experience
- Support Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing monthly forecasts, track performance, and analyze variances to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, verify, and organize financial data from multiple sources to create reports and dashboards that highlight key trends and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in meetings with finance leaders and other departments to understand business drivers and share relevant financial insights.
- Financial Modeling & Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to various modeling exercises, scenario analyses, and ad hoc projects designed to inform strategic decision-making.
- Mentorship & Professional Growth: Work closely with managers and mentors to develop analytical skills, gain exposure to industry best practices, and build a solid foundation in FP&A.
- Reporting & Visualization: Provide timely and accurate financial reports for leadership, ensuring data integrity and clear presentation. Collaborate with technical teams to define reporting requirements, design future solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Analysis & Modeling: Conduct assumptions-based modeling, variance analyses, and ad hoc financial scenarios to support strategic decisions. Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting metrics and processes.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain clean financial datasets, regularly update models, and streamline data collection across multiple platforms to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Strategic Projects: Own the design, testing, and outputs of the long-range financial projection model. Support cross-functional initiatives and high-priority projects that enhance FP&A’s impact.
- Team & Culture: Contribute to a transparent, ethical, and collaborative work environment by staying engaged, curious, and accountable. Take on ad hoc tasks as needed to support overall team objectives.
- Interns will be expected to contribute 40 hours/week through the 11-week internship, May 27 – August 15, in our Minneapolis office.
