About Us :

OVC, INC. is a marketing agency specializing in providing effective solutions for its legal professional clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at our Downers Grove, IL office. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will assist in the implementation and evaluation of various marketing strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will :

Create Engaging Visuals : Design eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements tailored to professionals in the legal field.
Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with our creative team, marketing strategists, content writers, web developers, and management to develop effective solutions to our clients’ everyday needs and challenges.
Maintain Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to all of our clients' branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms.
Assist in Campaign Development : Contribute creative ideas and design assets for various marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online traffic and client engagement.
Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of our deliverables.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) is a plus. Fundamentals of print production are mandatory.

Additional Skills : Other hard skills that are appreciated include photography, video editing, and motion graphics.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills and creativity is required. Applicants without a link to their online portfolio will not be considered. Do not submit PDF files.

Creativity & Attention to Detail : Ability to produce high-quality design work while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with clients.
