Ovenbird Cafe in Belmont, MA is looking for a full or part-time line cook / prep cook .

As line / prep you will be expected to produce hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and breakfast dishes. Other work includes preparing foods from scratch for our breakfast, lunch, prepared foods, and catering menus. 1 Year previous experience in a scratch cafe, fine foods, or catering environment.
Candidate’s must be able to :
Lift heavy objects (50lbs )
Maintain a clean and organized workplace
Know how to read and interpret recipes
Help maintain a clean kitchen and storage areas
Be willing to learn
1 years previous experience in kitchen work is required
Job requires weekend availability
Days only, no nights (breakfast and lunch, out by 3 : 00pm)
