We are a fast-paced glass fabrication facility seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Provide sales support and promote products or services
- Analyze customer needs to offer personalized solutions
- Support the office with administrative tasks as needed
Experience
-Must be able to read a tape measure (comfortable with decimals and fractions)
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
