As the first employee solely dedicated to new business, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships and securing new business from franchise and multi-unit brand small box retail businesses as well as developing and growing this department within the company.

What You'll Do:
- Drive the company’s sales activities including department growth and development
- Prospect, qualify, and lead relationships with franchise and multi-unit brand small box retail business owners
- Identify and understand clients' specific digital marketing needs and challenges
- Develop and present customized proposals that showcase Over The Top Marketing’s services and SaaS platform's value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing or marketing technology sector
- Proven track record of leading sales activities and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
- Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities facing franchise and multi-unit brand small box retail businesses
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Data-driven approach to sales and a strong understanding of ROI
- Ambition, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
