POSITION DESCRIPTION
Overaa is looking for a high potential estimator with demonstrated ability to learn new construction divisional scope of work outside of candidates past experience. Key characteristics are the desire and ability to learn Overaa’s estimating approach and a desire to learn new scope responsibilities including demolition and miscellaneous metals. This experience will lead to career opportunities in process mechanical estimating. Two to five years of experience in either estimating or construction is preferred, but not required for this position. This level 1 position supports senior estimators with subcontractor outreach, quantity take-offs, database management, historical data and bid day support on a variety of complex water infrastructure projects. We seek an enthusiastic individual with potential to become a key member of a growing estimating and preconstruction team. Opportunities for advancement are numerous for talented candidates. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position requires work in an office environment, jobsite visits and travel. Sitting, walking and computer work is required. Ability to lift 40 lbs.
