What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - TikTok Shop position at OverCast Digital?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships. As the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication, you will ensure seamless collaboration, prepare weekly deliverables, and help drive the success of our clients' TikTok Shop strategies.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social commerce, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Responsibilitie
sClient Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for day-to-day interactions with assigned clients, ensuring timely responses and fostering strong relationships
- Coordinate and lead weekly cadence calls with clients, addressing their needs and providing updates on account performance
Deliverables Management
- Prepare weekly client decks, including performance metrics, insights, and upcoming initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and align with client goals
Campaign Execution & Monitoring
- Drive Affiliate Management - implementing strategy, affiliate outreach and communicating with affiliates to ensure they are well informed on the brief, the campaign and any requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of client strategies, including affiliate management, product listings, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to optimize results
Collaboration
- Partner with the creative, and operations teams to execute client projects seamlessly
- Collaborate with the VP, Accounts to align on strategic priorities and escalate any client concerns as needed.
Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for client accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth
Requirements
Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and interpreting performance metrics.
Desired Experience
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce trends
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Lark and Slack.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
