- Internship for Summer of 2025 ***
- This position will require you to be located in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area.
- We are in a hybrid schedule, 2 days in the office and 3 days work from home.
- Interns are responsible for securing their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship. OverDrive does not provide housing assistance or relocation support.

Responsibilities:
- Salesforce data cleanup / auditing.
- Conduct Mapbox data entry processes and verify accuracy of links.
- Conduct Partner Success Audits.
- Assist with processing any service cancellations or terminations.
- Review library websites for Kanopy and Libby promotions.
- Investigate and document library card sign up requirements across a wide range of public libraries.
- Reach out to library contacts to provide Marketing assets to promote OverDrive visibility and usage.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Able to communicate effectively and appropriately with client contacts, outside vendors / contractors, and internal staff.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Confident and energetic; professional and team oriented.
- Flexible; ability to respond quickly to changes in project scope or timelines.
- Reliable transportation (car, bus, carpool).
