The Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who excels in a high-velocity, high-volume sales environment. This role is designed for an aggressive sales professional who thrives on managing multiple opportunities and driving substantial deal flow, specifically within the mid-market segment. The ideal candidate is a resilient, high-energy individual capable of quickly moving deals through the pipeline and achieving significant sales milestones.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Rapidly build and aggressively manage a large pipeline of mid-market prospects, expediting the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Focus on driving substantial sales growth by targeting and capturing new business opportunities within mid-market verticals in transportation, technology, and food industries.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships to maximize both immediate gains and long-term revenue opportunities.
- Become an authority in specific mid-market sectors, offering tailored insights and solutions that position Overhaul as a pivotal resource for our clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and customized software demonstrations that effectively communicate Overhaul’s value proposition directly aligned with mid-market business needs.
- Accurately forecast sales outcomes by maintaining a deep understanding of mid-market purchasing behaviors and decision-making processes.

Nice to Have:
- Some exposure to sales environments, particularly those related to software as a service (SaaS) or technology products, even if not at the enterprise level.
- Experience dealing with Transportation Providers in B2B sales.
