Position Overview:
As the Marketing Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across channels. You'll transform data into actionable insights that help guide strategy, optimize ROI, and drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all channels (organic, paid, email, ABM, social, events, partner)
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and other platforms
- Translate marketing KPIs into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance, ROI, and funnel efficiency
- Partner with demand generation, content, and sales teams to track performance to MQA, SQA, and revenue
- Own marketing attribution reporting and recommend improvements to our attribution model
- Analyze web and conversion metrics using GA4, HubSpot, and other martech tools
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting processes
- Identify gaps in data collection and work with ops to implement fixes
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing ops, or performance marketing—preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, Salesforce, DemandBase and Excel
- Experience building and maintaining marketing analytics dashboards
- Understanding of marketing and sales funnels, campaign tracking, and lead lifecycle
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
- Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, attribution modeling, or predictive analytics
