We are looking for a customer service representative to be the primary liaison between our customers & technicians.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls on 3 lines
- Greet customers in the office
- Assist customers with parts
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Obtain accurate and complete information from customers and communicate it to technicians
- Handle all customer interactions, provide appropriate solutions and follow up
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Enter, schedule & dispatch work orders
- Operate a variety of office machines
- Look up customer's historical information
- Keep office and showroom organized and clean
- Enter data in computer
- Keep track of parts, brochures and office supplies
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Easily legible handwriting
- Accurate data entry skills
- Careful attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 39 per week
