General Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in garage door sales or construction management. This role requires a leader who is passionate about training, development, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the business.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team.
• Implement and maintain safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational performance and profitability.
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, sales, or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Knowledge of construction management practices, including safety regulations and standards.
• Experience in training development programs for staff enhancement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and staff alike.
• A background in garage door installation or sales.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
