We are seeking Seasonal Beverage Cart Attendants to join our Golf Operations team. This is a unique position for hospitality-focused individuals who enjoy working outdoors and serving our members on the course. We are a non-tipping facility.

Requirements:As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and refreshments to members and guests throughout the golf course. This role combines customer service and sales skills with a love for outdoor work. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently while representing OGCC’s high standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the beverage cart on the golf course, providing snacks, beverages, and light food items to golfers.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the cart throughout the shift.
- Provide exceptional and engaging service to members, enhancing the golf experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and responsibly handle cash and credit card payments.
- Comply with liquor laws and OGCC policies, ensuring responsible alcohol service at all times.
- Monitor product inventory and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate team.
- Assist with other Golf Operations or Food & Beverage tasks as needed, including events.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in various weather conditions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including safe food handling procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to complete a background check.
- MAST Permit and Food Handler’s Permit required or willing to obtain.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and on the move for long periods.
- Able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Enthusiastic and service-driven personality.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
