Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, dynamic, Masters level, Registered Nurse with an outstanding depth of knowledge in Critical Care to join our team and drive our ongoing commitment to excellence.

Day Shift
Responsibilities to include:
- Support onboarding and transition in practice programs for Critical care environments.
- Develop and deliver education and training.
- Support implementation and process improvement.
- Contribute to policies and nursing education at the core of patient care.
- Help staff realize their career goals through professional development and clinical excellence.
- Strategize for the future of nursing in our ever-changing health care environment.
- Engage in collaborative partnerships within the organization and community to achieve goals.
- Be part of a team of highly experienced nursing educators who do great things everyday.
Qualifications
- Nurse Educator: BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Clinical Education Specialist: Masters degree in Nursing (MN,MSN) or Master's of Education (M.Ed) required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.)
- Health Care Provider CPR Certification.
- Certification in NPD preferred.
- Five (5) years nursing experience in acute healthcare setting required, with at least two (2) years in critical care.
- Minium of two (2) years of experience in education required.
- Experience in adult education, teaching, program planning, development, coordination and evaluation process highly desired.
- Experience in quality improvement efforts, facilitation and group process knowledge and skills preferred.

How much will this job pay?
Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
