The Clinical Supervisor oversees the day to day support operations of Overlake Medical Clinics (OMC) services for the support operations and outpatient rehabilitation practices at our Washington Park location in Bellevue and associated locations. Responsible for support operations and clinic coordination/collaboration among multiple specialties. Provides leadership, good communication skills and collaborates with other members of the health care team to determine priorities of care. In collaboration with the Director of Operations, the Supervisor assists with the management of OMC services, such that the delivery of high-quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required. BA preferred.
- Two years of lead or supervisory experience in a similar position within a hospital, clinic, or related field is preferred.
- Licensed professional highly preferred in one of the following: PT/OT/SLP. If applicable, must maintain licensure as appropriate to profession.
- Knowledge of and experience with automated systems required. (Microsoft Windows, EMR, etc.)
