Overlake is searching for a strategic healthcare finance leader to lead our budget process, maintain long-term financial plans, develop financial pro formas and provide financial consultation for all strategic initiatives. This highly visible role reports directly to our CFO and serves as a trusted advisor to our senior executives, strategy team and external stakeholders including the Washington State Hospital Association.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred.
- Five years management experience required.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Proven experience with cost modeling.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
