We are currently seeking a Health Unit Coordinator for our Emergency Department Unit. The Health Unit Coordinator performs a variety of clerical, coordinating and communication activities to support unit operations.
Schedule :
This is a .6 FTE position, 24 hours per week Day, 8 hour shifts and rotating weekends
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Prefer Health Unit Coordinator experience or experience in a related field Knowledge of medical terminology and computer familiarity is preferred.
- EHR experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
