The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in monitoring patients and supporting the clinical team at our large senior living community.

Job Summary
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
- Ensure that patients take their medication as prescribed
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team
- Liaise with patients' families and provide emotional support
