Farm Team Member
Location: Production Farm
Reports to: Supervisor, Assistant Department Manager, Department Manager, Location Manager
Works with: Team Members
Leads: N/A
Introduction:
Family Tree Nursery, expects our team members to emulate our core values in everything they do. Focused on teamwork, staying ready, showing excellence, and communicating. In addition, working together with a team to execute daily functions of keeping our facilities clean, orders fulfilled, and beautiful. This could include unloading and loading trucks, pulling rolling greenhouse carts, staging product in their proper location, watering plants, pulling weeds, and general tidiness. This could also include working in other areas, or tasks that are new and exciting each day.
Essential Functions:
- May include a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold or wet
- Must be able to stand squat, bend, lift arms above head, and lift around 50lbs. Anything over 50lbs needs to be team lifted
- Variety of surfaces including gravel, concrete, mud, dirt, or other surfaces
- Must be available to work agreed upon availability
- Able to stand and walk on your feet for multiple hours at a time with minimal breaks
- Comfortable around a high paced setting involving many people, and in a team type situation

- Be on-time and present, ready to go every shift
- Execute Daily work lists as assigned
- Answer phone calls
- Order Fulfillment
- Cleaning floors, emptying trash cans, maintaining cleanliness standards as directed by leaders
- Pricing product as assigned
- Care for plant material - water, cleaning, etc.
- Unloading and loading trucks, this includes loading product for our Guests.
- Any other duties as assigned by store leadership
