What You’ll Do:
- Oversee nursing assistants to ensure excellent care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Monitor and ensure safety, compliance, and infection control procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.
What You Need:
✔ Active LPN License (in good standing in the state of KS)
✔ CPR Certification required
✔ Long-term care experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
