Job Details
Unit Information : Overland Park Regional Medical Center is located on the 2nd Floor Tower B. The address is 10500 Quivira Rd. Overland Park, KS 66215. Cost Center : 75422. Number of Beds – N / A. Number of Staff – 4-5 RTs per shift. Type of staff : Day Shift – RRT, CRT; Night Shift – RRT, CRT. Type of equipment – V60, EV300, GE, Servo, Drager ventilators, AIRVO HFNC, EMR - Meditech. Typical hiring profile : Must have experience in an acute level hospital, at least one year. Preferred : Greater than one year experience in acute care hospital, ventilator experience, ED Trauma experience, PICU experience, NICU experience. Typical procedures performed include breathing treatments, critical thinking, ventilators, non-invasive ventilators, intubation assist, oxygen management, ABGs. Best personality fit : Patient focused, attention to details, team player, positive attitude, energetic.
Job Requirements
Required experience in an acute level hospital, at least one year.
Greater than one year experience in acute care hospital preferred.
License with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.
Registered or Certified RT with the NBRC.
Schedule Information
Work weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
On Call voluntary only.
Unit Specific Information
All areas of the hospital.
Dress Code : Black Scrubs.
Unit Guidelines / Policies : Receive upon contact acceptance.
