Job Summary And Qualifications
The Radiology Associate plans, directs and coordinates the daily operations for front-office functions of the practice while ensuring patient satisfaction and quality. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
What you will do in this role:
- You will support the provision of high quality patient care by managing processes related to scheduling and canceling appointments, check-in and check-out procedures and scheduling of tests and treatments.
- You will develop guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
- You will ensure office and clinical supply inventory is current, mail is opened and processed, and that offices are opened and closed according to established procedures.
- You will assist in maintaining patient files, records and other information.
- You will provide service recovery and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- You will assist front office and clerical staff in developing and implementing short- and long-term work plans and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years related experience in a medial setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication.
- Must have problem solving skills and be able to follow verbal and written directions accurately.
- Computer systems, phone, fax, and paging system and paging system.
- Flexible and self-motivated.
- A team player with the ability to interact effectively with all contacts in a pleasant, positive and courteous manner.
- Able to handle periods of intensity with calm.
- Able to work in stressful situations while maintaining composure and perform the required duties.
