- Fun : Joy is part of the journey—every single day! Your Role as a House Supervisor : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN / LPN or RN to support our Director of Nursing Services and ensure the delivery of exceptional care in a long-term care setting.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing functions to meet resident needs.
- Support development and updates of care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee their implementation.
- Monitor and report on resident conditions while ensuring compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to provide quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and staff training.
- Provide direct nursing care during emergencies or staffing shortages. Who We're Looking For :
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Kansas State Board of Nursing.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of PCC and Microsoft Suite preferred.
- Strong team collaboration skills, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
