Local Harvesting Company is looking for a bilingual team member to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality since you will be the first point of contact for our company. Duties include answering the telephone and welcoming visitors while offering administrative support across the organization, with an emphasis on processing weekly payrolls.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order office supplies
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Process weekly production payrolls in a timely manner
  • Assist / backup other departments as needed

Requirements

  • Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
