Job Summary: Our Corporate office is located in Grand Rapids Michigan. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of assisting in general business practices, primarily assisting our Agriculture Feild Managers, together with our operations staff. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

The position is Client facing, focused on meeting customer service agreements, general field management, H2a housing requirements, and general operational duties.
Tasks and Duties:
- Assists and communicate regularly with Overlook customers and workers on daily work schedules/job locations and time.
- Assist with pulling production reports daily to ensure productivity is meeting expected levels. If not, address with Overlook workers and crew leaders during on-site meetings.
- Work closely with Overlook Customers (Farm Owners) to ensure Overlook and it’s workers are meeting and exceeding expectations. Ultimately, ensuring customers are extremely satisfied with work and nature of our workers, and if not, handle these issue’s with on – site visits.
- Assist with weekly deliveries of Fed Ex worker pay Vouchers/Delivery.
- Assist with company equipment breakdowns, including very small and general repairs and also help with towing equipment if needed. Assign spare buses and communicate with Operation’s team regarding issue / repairs.
- Assist and handle after hour workers issues (Emergency Medical Treatment, Bus Issues, Etc.)
- Ensure all field compliance is being met regularly, bus boards, toilet facilities, OSHA requirements and proper PPE and safety equipment is supplied as needed.
- Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly; working knowledge of OSHA requirements as related to equipment.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance at local housing facilities
- Occasionally move company equipment, including buses from office to job site and back.
- Assist with performing housing inspections for H-2a housing, including inspections with State workforce agencies, County Health Departments., and the Department of Labor. Some housing inspections will require out of state travel.
- Will assist with company purchases, specifically for worker supplies, organize and help others as needed with tasks.

- Is consistently at work and on time and ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent

- Occasional out of state travel, and some nights and weekends will be mandatory.
- Preferred candidate will hold or obtain a CDL license (or willing to obtain CDL - onsite training) after hire.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Meets productivity standards, completes work in timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- Have the ability to work long hours during “in season” Peak Harvesting, together with traveling to out of state housing setups.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to work any shift and weekends as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned, with positive attitude and efficiency.
Work Environment
The work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job. The noise level in the work environment is indoors & outdoors. With travel to required service sites with no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to stand, talk, hear, bend, sit, drive, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. (team lifting).
