PRINCIPLE DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with physician’s orders
Observes patients, charting and reporting changes in patient’s conditions, such as adverse reactions to medications or treatment and taking any necessary action
Educates patient and families in self-care and health management
Attends case conference as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current license to practice as a practical nurse in the state of Massachusetts
Current CPR required
Two years nursing experience
Current MA driver’s license and reliable transportation
