Overseas Media dba RTVI US is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help grow the commercial opportunities of our media brand. If you have experience working with clients and agencies interested in targeting ethnic markets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for media advertising and sponsorship products.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and agencies targeting ethnic markets.
- Develop a network of sales agents in New York and other U.S. states.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations showcasing RTVI US's advertising opportunities.
- Prepare sales performance reports.
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Create tailored advertising proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and other company departments to align advertising activities.
- Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements.
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Work with various advertising formats, including on-air direct commercials, show sponsorships, digital banners, YouTube integrations, and more.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or related fields.
- Strong experience working with clients and agencies targeting ethnic markets.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and team members effectively.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
Compensation:
- $5,000 base progressive sales commission
- 3-month probation period with potential for a long-term contract based on performance.
