ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the "face of our clinic", serving as the first person our patients would interact with upon entering our clinic. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment at Overstory Health. Your daily duties will include handling inbound / outbound calls, preparing insurance claims, handling the mail / faxes, scheduling appointments, etc. Your compassionate communication and strong customer service will ensure a great experience for those seeking care during critical times.
