We are seeking a dynamic and organized Summer Camp Assistant Director to join our team at Overtime Athletics DMV in Fairfax, VA. Responsibilities:
- Execute daily camp activities and schedules
- Supervise and lead a team of camp counselors
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service
- Manage camp logistics and inventory
- Up to 3 years experience working with children in a camp or educational setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
