Compensation: $21.00-$23.00
Camp: 6-9 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm

Overtime Athletics is a leading provider of youth sports camps, offering fun, engaging, and skill-building experiences for kids. Our Ultimate Sports Camp gives young athletes the opportunity to play and improve their skills in a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, flag football, kickball, and more, while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and active fun.

Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Ultimate Sports Camp Director to lead campers in multi-sport activities, skill-building drills, and team-based games. This position is ideal for individuals who love sports, enjoy working with kids, and have experience in coaching, teaching, or mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and implement daily schedule of skills, drills, and games in various sports, including but not limited to soccer, basketball, flag football, kickball, and relay races.
• Ensure a fun, safe, and positive camp environment for all participants.
• Responsible for Camp Counselor's schedule and job duties
• Teach the fundamentals of different sports, including rules, techniques, and teamwork strategies.
• Lead warm-ups, drills, and games tailored to different skill levels.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity.
• Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to campers.
• Monitor camper behavior and ensure adherence to camp rules and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with parents, fellow counselors, and camp directors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a coaching or sports camp environment
• Passion for sports and youth development.
• Prior experience in coaching, teaching, or working with children preferred.
• Basic understanding of multiple sports and game rules (playing experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and be active for extended periods.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a background check.
