About the Role:
Are you passionate about sports and love working with kids? Overtime Athletics (OTA) DMV is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Youth Sports Instructors to lead our engaging sports and games programs for elementary-aged children. Our instructors create a fun, non-competitive environment where kids can develop athletic skills, teamwork, and confidence!

Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead children in various sports
• Make Sports FUN! Engage kids in age-appropriate games, drills, and activities that build skills and confidence.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to children
• Bring the Energy! Lead activities with enthusiasm, ensuring every child has an unforgettable experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting
• Ability to lead and organize group activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sports and fitness
• Background check required and CPR/First Aid certification highly recommended
