Job Summary
Overtime Athletics is seeking enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting athletic programs and engaging with participants of ages 2-12 through coaching after school programs and camps. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and youth development, along with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Overtime Athletics offers a flexible schedule. Part-time positions are often flexible hours, making it ideal for students, individuals with other jobs, or anyone looking for a side gig that fits into their schedule. You can work afternoons, evenings, or weekends based on your availability.
Duties
- Facilitate and lead various athletic programs, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Develop engaging training sessions that enhance skills and promote teamwork among young athletes.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment during all activities, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff regarding program details and expectations.
Experience
- Previous experience in coaching, teaching, or working with youth in an athletic setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Knowledge of various sports and athletic training techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
