Location : Boston, MA
Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Sr Business Analyst. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria :
Must Haves :
5 years Agile product owner / BA experience
JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint proficiency
SQL and database querying skills (TOAD)
Strong experience in gathering / managing Agile requirements
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with MOSCOW prioritization
CSPO / CBAP certification preferred What the Client Needs you to Do :
Lead requirements gathering through JAD sessions
Create and maintain system documentation
Monitor system performance and resolve issues
Design and execute test cases
Create data flow diagrams and analyze database structures
Review regulatory changes and recommend system updates
Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates
Mentor junior team members
