Job Description
OVF Alliance is seeking experienced and qualified coaches to join our staff. We have competitive teams from 10 years old up to 18 years old in need of head coaches. Head coaches lead and develop young athletes in a dynamic and competitive environment. The coach will be responsible for planning and executing training sessions, developing players' technical and tactical skills, and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. The role involves coaching athletes during practices, games, and tournaments, while maintaining a positive, motivating, and fun atmosphere. The ideal candidate should have previous coaching experience, a strong understanding of soccer, and the ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff. A commitment to the personal growth of players and a love for the game is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants for the position must:
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the game of soccer.
- Hold at least a grassroots level coaching qualification (and be willing to pursue further education) as required by OYSA. Ideally this applicant would hold a USSF C License
- Have prior experience working with junior high or high school aged players. Ideally 2 years of coaching experience minimum.
- Have good written and verbal skills and be able to communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
- Pass a background check and complete a youth safety course. This position will require extensive contact with youth and minors as well as adults.
- Be able to lift up to 30 pounds or heavier. Position will require lifting/moving goals, training gear, and other equipment.
- Be committed to youth development: A genuine passion for working with young players and helping them develop both their soccer skills and personal character is essential.
Pay
- $500-$1000/month for each team based on experience, education, and expertise. Pay may range from $500-$4000/month based on number or teams coached. Ideally we are looking for applicant would would coach multiple teams.
- Options to receive additional pay for assisting other teams or programs that may need coaches throughout the year.
- The option to have any dependent's player fees covered (case by case basis).
- Reimbursement for approved coaching education courses and certifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal
Pay: $500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
