Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education to residents
- Supervise caregivers and ensure high-quality patient care
- Assess resident health and notify physicians of changes in status; promptly implement new orders
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on resident assessments
- Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and team collaboration
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state
- CPR certification
