We're seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making clinical assessments of situations and managing treatment autonomously
- Caring for obstetric patients in a patient-centered care model
- Acting as an advocate for patient safety and ensuring effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
- Educating patients regarding their medications, procedure, and treatments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
- BLS-AHA Provider issued card within 30 days of start
- 1 year of RN experience in Labor & Delivery
- BSN is preferred
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained prior to employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
