As a Medical Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients. Your expertise in various non-surgical aesthetic procedures and advanced skincare techniques will help our clients achieve optimal skin health and rejuvenation while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals.
- Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser treatments, and other non-surgical procedures, tailored to individual client requirements.
- Administer facials and other skincare services using professional techniques and high-quality products to improve skin tone, texture, and overall appearance.
- Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results.
- Utilize medical-grade equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Educate clients on proper skincare practices, including sun protection, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that promote healthy skin.
- Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
- Collaborate with Aesthetic Practitioners to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and progress photos, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in skincare, cosmetic procedures, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Licensed Aesthetician.
- Minimum 2 years of concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred.
- Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Educate clients about retail lines and products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Self-starter and passion for learning.
